you don't we will make it right.
We will make sure the things we send you are free of defects
and are the correct item you ordered. If an order is received before
2 p.m. MST, we will ship it the same day via UPS; orders received
after 2 p.m. will ship the next day. You will receive an email with
your tracking information so you know when to expect your fabulous
purchase!
We ask that you contact us within seven days of receipt of
your order either via email or phone with any problems or concerns
with your order. Absent defects, jewelry, gift items and handbag
sales are final; sale items are also final. Clothing may be returned
unworn, unwashed, tags attached and free of defects for a complete
refund, less shipping charges. We are also happy to exchange sizes
for you. Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is returned
to us. You will be contacted via email with the address for returns.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first!
and while every attempt is made to have the online
store completely accurate, sometimes we may be out of a size or
color. In the event that the item you ordered is unavailable, you
will not be charged, and we will contact you via email.
Simply let us know in the customer comment section of your
order form and we will make sure it is appropriately wrapped for
the occasion and sent to your specifications.
